Requirements

What we're looking for in rough supply partners.

We source 3ct+ natural rough diamonds from ethical, documented supply chains. Every stone entering our pipeline will be Sarine-scanned and precision-cut — so we require rough with characteristics suitable for high-grade output.

  • Natural rough diamonds, 3 carats and above
  • Gem-quality with potential for D–H color, IF–VS2 clarity after cutting
  • Origins: Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Canada, or equivalent
  • DMCC-licensed or equivalent regulatory compliance
  • Kimberley Process documentation for every parcel
  • Regular supply capability — monthly or quarterly volume

Preferred but not required:

  • Existing Sarine scanning capability
  • Experience with 3ct+ specialized rough
  • Mumbai BDB or Dubai DMCC presence
  • Direct mine relationship or sightholder status
