01 — Source

Rough Diamond Sourcing

We work directly with DMCC-licensed suppliers across Mumbai and Dubai to source 3ct+ rough diamonds. Every stone enters the pipeline with Kimberley Process certification and documented origin.

02 — Plan

Sarine Planning

Each rough diamond is 3D-scanned with Sarine technology. The system maps inclusions, predicts light performance, and calculates the optimal cutting plan — maximizing both beauty and carat retention.

Certified Delivery

After precision cutting with locked specifications, every stone is submitted to GIA for independent certification. You receive the finished diamond with its complete provenance chain and planning documentation.

From mine to your showcase — every step documented.

Step 1

Rough Diamond Sourcing

We identify and acquire 3ct+ rough diamonds through our network of DMCC-licensed suppliers in Mumbai and Dubai. Every stone is selected for its potential — size, clarity window, and shape suitability — before entering the pipeline.

Step 2

Sarine 3D Scanning

Each rough diamond is scanned with Sarine's technology, creating a precise 3D model of its internal structure. The system maps every inclusion, identifies optimal orientation, and predicts final light performance before a single facet is cut.

Step 3

Precision Cutting

The cutting plan is locked — crown angle, pavilion depth, table percentage, all specified to ±0.2° tolerance. The cutter follows the Sarine plan exactly, monitored throughout the process. No deviation, no guesswork.

Step 4

GIA Certification

After cutting, every stone is submitted to GIA for independent grading — color, clarity, cut quality, all verified by the industry's most recognized laboratory. The certificate confirms what the Sarine plan predicted.

The difference between buying a stone and knowing exactly what you're getting.

Traditional sourcing means buying a finished stone and hoping the proportions are right. Sarine planning means every specification is determined before the first cut — crown angle, pavilion depth, table percentage, all locked and verified.

The result: higher spec-hit rates, better yield, tighter tolerances, and complete documentation you can share with your clients.
